If you have any queries regarding our Refund & Cancellations policy, please contact us.

Cancellation Schedule

60+ days beforeFull refund (less 5% admin)

30–60 days50% refund

14–29 days25% refund

Under 14 daysNo refund

Percentages apply to the total booking price and include the 25% deposit. Separately, bookings made online or by phone carry a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from booking confirmation, during which a full refund (including the deposit) applies — see section 4 of our Terms of Service.
