A padel retreat gives a team something a conference cannot: three days of shared competition, good food, and warm evenings on the Costa Blanca. We host private groups of 8 to 16 at Sirocco Club de Padel near Mil Palmeras.
Whether you are rewarding a sales team, taking your padel club abroad, or organising a stag, birthday or friends' trip, the format is the same — we handle courts, coaching, accommodation, and dining, and you turn up and play.

Accommodation, coaching, courts, and dining are quoted and invoiced together, with Aaron and Lisa hosting the trip on the ground.
A Typical Trip
Four Days, Three Nights
Day 1
Arrival, apartment check-in, welcome dinner and tournament draw.
Day 2
Morning coaching clinic by level, afternoon doubles round-robin, evening free.
Day 3
Group tournament stages, poolside downtime, hosted dinner and trophy presentation.
Day 4
Optional social matchplay, late check-out and departure.
Every itinerary is adjusted to your group — extra nights, additional coaching, excursions or a fully bespoke schedule are all possible.
